I am so excited to start building the next phase in NW Ladies in Business! It will be centered around connecting you with the people you need to thrive in your business and personal life.

Everyone needs something in their life right now to help them thrive, whether it’s for their business or personal life. We are all so busy running our own lives and not everyone can come to our in person meetings or check facebook all the time. So I have created the Connection Network so we can all connect with each other whenever we need to.

Right now I am looking to launch this network in July. I am reaching out to 50 ladies in the group who I know personally that I think would be a great fit to start the program. I would love for you to be one of those 50 ladies:)

My goal for this program is to have a network of gals that I have personally interviewed and vetted so that I can refer them out to other ladies in the group who need their services. This way you get new clients and the other lady gets her needs met and gets to connect with you. Which can lead to more business for you and possibly referrals from her later on. As it gets bigger I will also be referring you out to people who need you in the community not just with Ladies in Business. I will also be offering to connect you with other ladies in the group to collaborate on different projects, find an accountability partner or just connect you with a new friend.

Why I want to start this network

My goal for this network is to make it available to every single lady in the group. I want each gal to be able to contact me if she needs something to help her run her business better or to help her in her personal life. For example: Jane needs someone to help her with her taxes. She tells me exactly what she is looking for, price range, service area, if she needs to meet in person or online, etc.. I then go to the network and pick one or two ladies who would be a perfect fit for her and connect them to her. It’s sort of like a personalized Angie’s List. The lady looking for a product or service doesn’t have to waste time trying to find the right person to help her out. I do that for her.

All ladies in the group can go to the site and look up any service or product they need to help their business or personal lives thrive. I just prefer that they go through me because it’s more personalized. If they do it online then they get to pick the perfect lady for what they need and connect with them.

I also want to connect ladies to each other for other reasons.

Maybe you want to collaborate with someone on a certain project. I can hear what you need and send you a few gals.

Maybe you want an accountability partner or someone to bounce ideas off of.

Maybe you want to connect with a gal who is in the same category as you to get ideas from or run ideas by them.

Maybe you just want someone to hang out with or go for walks with.

Whatever you need, I want to help you find the right gal.

You will get one free event or classes listing on our site. This gets promoted in our monthly newsletter and twice weekly on our facebook page. Just another way for ladies in the group to connect with other ladies and support their events and classes.

You will receive two complimentary Business Tips listings on our website. This page will have lots of quick tips that the ladies can look at to help them run their businesses better. It will feature tips from our ladies on things they have learned over the years about running a small business. You will get your tip and a link to your business on the page.

You will receive an exclusive invite to our bi-monthly zoom meetings that will include all members in the network. At this meeting we will talk about how things are going in our businesses, how the network is working and/or how I can improve it, and how we can support each other. You ladies will basically be my board of directors. Ladies I can turn to with ideas and questions about how to run the best group possible.

You will get one email a month from me reaching out to you to see how things are going and if you need any help with your business or personal life. I will attach a multiple choice form for you to fill out to let me know which services or products you need that month. I will then go to the network and connect you with the perfect ladies to help you out. So every month I am connecting you with new ladies.

Discounts on all promotions for your business. Sponsoring meetings, sponsoring the monthly newsletter, featured business spot, event/classes listings, business tips listings, Guest Hosting on our Facebook page and our upcoming “Let’s Shop Local” marketplace.

You will also get a chance to share the Network on your facebook/instagram page to encourage your friends and family to support local women owned businesses.

I send each Connection Member an email once a month checking in and asking what they need to help their business grow. This is a multiple choice check list where they can select whatever product or service they need right now.
I send each gal in the group an email once a month asking what they need to grow their business or personal life.
As the network gets bigger I will advertise it on any neighborhood facebook groups I am a part of to encourage supporting local businesses.
I will ask each Connection Network Member to share the link on their facebook page to encourage their friends and family to support local women owned businesses.
