Hey Ladies!

I wanted to let you know that vendor registration is now open for our annual Health & Beauty Expo on Saturday May 18th from 1-4 at the Phinney Neighborhood Center. This is one of our two community events where we showcase gals to ladies in the group and to the general public.

This year we will be featuring over 50 women owned business that relate to Health, Wellness, Beauty and Style. If you business fits into any of these categories please email me and you will be considered for being a vendor.

The main Community Hall will be filled with Health and Wellness businesses and then we will have two rooms upstairs that will be for Beauty and Style.

Cost

Cost to be a vendor is $35 if you are a paid member of our group and $50 if you are a non-paid member.

Raffle

We will also be having a few give aways at the event. People who come to the event will receive one raffle ticket as they enter and then for each vendor they visit they get an extra ticket. Tickets will be collected from each vendor as we do the giveaways. The more ladies people visit the more chances they have to win the prizes.

Advertising

I will be inviting all of my NW Ladies in Business contacts through Evite. Total 1500
Invite posted on our two facebook groups NW Ladies in Business(760+ members) and Fans of NW Ladies in Business (229 members)
I will be paying for a facebook ad to go out promoting the event
I post the event on my personal facebook page and ask people to share it. (1173 friends)
Each vendor will post the event on their facebook pages.
I post the event in our newsletter that goes out to over 850 ladies.
I post the event on our website which has been getting 846 visits and 1,672 page views every month. I also post each vendor and a link to their website.
I post about the event in my two Yahoo Groups I belong to, Green Lake Moms and Ballard Moms. Together they have over 5600 members.
I post the event on over 35 facebook groups that I belong to.

Health & Beauty Guide

In addition to the Health & Beauty Expo we will also be putting together a Health & Beauty Guide that will be available on our website all year long. If you have a business related to Health, Wellness, Beauty or Style you can be considered for the guide. If you are interested in being in this guide just email meand I will send you more detailed info. Cost is $25 for paid members and $35 for non-paid members.
