My coaching revolves around energy work. I work with clients using the system of the Chinese 5 elements, Taoism, and other practices to help my clients get to the root causes of the issues in their lives.
As the weather warms up and gets drier, I will be doing sessions outdoors on trails and nature walks and, eventually overnight backpacking trips and longer retreats.

Service Area: I work with clients all around the world on Zoom. For in-person sessions, I can go to my clients homes/offices in the north Seattle for no extra fee. For clients farther away there is an additional fee for time and miles traveled.

Price range of the products or services I sell:
$160 for 1 hr sessions.
$1040 for space clearings for Seattle area clients, additional travel fees for clients outside of north Seattle area.
Outdoor events will vary in price.

What I like to do when I am not building my business
I enjoy exercising! I like going to the gym and being outdoors. Cycle class and backpacking are my favorites.
I also love farm-to-table dining and fancy cocktails.
I try to travel as much as possible. I love adventure!

What I love about running my business
I love creating experiences for clients where they see how beautiful and valuable they are. I love it when I have a client who knows 1 session isn't going to solve all of their problems and they go through many uncomfortable heart-wrenching sessions. Then, after sifting and sorting through all of the emotions of their past (including past lives!) we reach an amazing feeling of freedom and ease. It is such a liberating feeling! It's hard to describe, but that feeling of freedom from deep emotional wounds is euphoric.

My favorite Product or service that I offer
That's a hard one for me right now! I like doing in-person work in the forest or wooded park. Doing energy clearing and coaching people through tough experiences with the support from the trees and all of the life in the woods is magical.
