I offer Hypnotherapy and Mindset Coaching services. I help people overcome mental and emotional issues like anxiety, stress, low self-esteem/confidence and eliminating limiting beliefs. I do that by healing childhood trauma, finding the root causes of issues and reprogramming the subconscious towards relief and freedom.
Service Area: All over! I'm currently mainly working via Zoom/online so location is not a factor in working with me.

How I can meet you: I am mainly online but for people who are more comfortable with in-person appointments, I do have use of a clinic space (rental). Unfortunately, there is an extra fee for in-person appointments.

Price range of the products or services I sell: My pricing varies depending on the nature of the issue my client wants to resolve. I start at $250 for things like phobias and stop smoking and up to $750 for my signature 5 week foundation program that targets self love, confidence and optimism.

Traveling, reading, writing, watching documentaries on YouTube and just chilling on my couch! :)

What I love about running my business:
I love booking a client. It feels so good to get the "Yes!" and schedule the appointment because I know the transformation is about to begin. :)

My favorite Product or service that I offer:
My favorite service is my "Foundation Program" this is a 5 weeks program with 5 sessions that targets the source or shall I say, the root of most if not all problems most of us face in life. That root is the conscious or subconscious feeling of "not being good enough" I help find where that belief started or originated from (spoiler alert, it's usually from childhood) help my client release it and then help reprogram their mind for the ultimate feeling of being good enough.
I love this program because it is fast (5 weeks) and targets the "Whole" as opposed to the parts. Although a client might come to me for anxiety or stress, I want them to go away with more than just eliminating the anxiety or stress. I want them to see and feel how magnificent they truly are and hopefully no longer have problems that they can't solve or overcome in a timely manner. :)
